 Ἡ Ἀκολουθία κατά τήν ἐν τῷ Μηναίῳ τάξιν. ΕΙΣ ΤΟΝ ΟΡΘΡΟΝ Εὐαγγέλιον Ὄρθρου: Τῶν Ἀσωμάτων· «Ὁρᾶτε μή καταφρονήσητε...» (Ματθ. ιη΄ 10-20). Κανόνες: 1.– Τῆς Θεοτόκου· «Πολλοῖς συνεχόμενος πειρασμοῖς...», μετά τῶν Εἱρμῶν αὐτοῦ καί 2.– Τῶν Ἀσωμάτων· «Τούς νοερούς τῶν ἀσωμάτων τάξεων...». Καταβασίαι: «Ἀνοίξω τό στόμα μου...» . ΕΙΣ ΤΗΝ Θ. ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑΝ Μετά τήν Εἴσοδον. Ἀπολυτίκια: 1.– Τῶν Ἀσωμάτων· «Τῶν οὐρανίων στρατιῶν...» καί 2.– Τοῦ Ναοῦ. Κοντάκιον: Τῶν Εἰσοδίων· «Ὁ καθαρώτατος Ναός...». Τρισάγιον. Ἀπόστολος: Τῶν Ἀσωμάτων· «Εἰ ὁ δι’ Ἀγγέλων λαληθείς λόγος...» (Ἑβρ. β΄ 2-10). Εὐαγγέλιον: Ὁμοίως· «Ὁ ἀκούων ὑμῶν ἐμοῦ ἀκούει...» (Λουκ. ι΄ 16-21). Εἰς τό Ἐξαιρέτως: «Ἄξιόν ἐστιν...». Note that from this day until November 20th the Katavasies «Ἀνοίξω τό στόμα μου...» are modified for the Feast of the Entrance of the Theotokos to the Temple. The ΗΟΠ 2011 lists these changes on p. 460 footnote 108. It is also worth noting that from today until the 25th of November the Apodosis (Απόδοσις) of the Feast, we also chant the Kontakion (Κοντάκιον) Ὁ καθαρώτατος Ναός...῾
The ΣΤ points out in footnote 335 p. 204 that the Menaion, Konstantinos' Typikon (TK) and the TME do not have the reading of the 1st Kathisma (Makarios Anir - Μακάριος ανήρ) unlike other older typika such as the Typikon of St. Savas - Τυπικόν του Αγίου Σάββα (ΤΑΣ). ΣΤ also states that it's omission is unwarranted.
ΣΤ also points out on the following page in footnote 339 that the TME does not list the chanting of the second cannon of the bodiless powers and states that it is done presumably for times sake or perhaps because the cannon's eirmoi (ειρμοί) are not well known.
